Bull Housser appointed Porchlight Financial as Plan Advisors in 2011 after identifying important gaps in overall management of their Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP).
The Bull Housser Pension Committee had identified a need to increase employee engagement and wanted to offer their employees one-on-one guidance and advice. Additionally, the Committee was concerned they were not fulfilling their governance responsibilities with regard to BC Pension Legislation and CAP guidelines.
