    We prepare a Comprehensive Comparative Analysis (CCA) from the submissions received, taking into account all aspects of a plan, from fees to member education tools. We then help you select the best plan provider for you and your group, based on the results of the analysis.

  5. Plan Implementation

    We work with the chosen provider to ensure your plan is implemented smoothly, keeping the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible for both you and your employees.

  6. Governance Model

    Once the plan is in place, we introduce our proprietary plan governance regimen, which allows you to easily govern your plan according to industry best practices.

  7. Group Education

    Using several forms of media, we communicate with group plan members to ensure they understand the valuable benefit you offer. Our plan member education protocol includes written, in-person and on-line video formats, so all learning styles are addressed.

  8. Individual Advice

    Finally and most importantly, we talk with individuals either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email, ensuring they receive the ongoing personalized financial guidance they require. We assist members every step of the way, helping with plan enrollment, advising them while they work with you, and aiding with the transition of their plan out of the group upon termination of employment or retirement.
